CBeebies airs special programming to celebrate Mother’s Day

CBeebies celebrates one of the most important dates on the Hispanic calendar with a special Mother’s Day programming bloc that takes kids and their moms on a magical exploration of the foods they share every day. The celebration starts on Saturday, May 7 and continues on Sunday, May 8 with special episodes of Yo Puedo Cocinar, a series that invites children to discovery the world of food through simple recipes. The celebration culminates on Tuesday, May 10, with the premiere of the show’s second season. During these special few days Yo Puedo Cocinar will air as part of CBeebies’ Discovery Time (9am–2pm), a programming bloc that encourages young viewers to explore, discover, make and create.
